We are delighted to announce the appointment of Shaun Duffy as our newest Partner at VECTOR Advisors, further strengthening the firm’s leadership team and reinforcing our commitment to providing top-tier strategic communication advisory services.
Shaun has been at the forefront of the Australian investor relations and financial communication professions for more than 25 years. Shaun was previously a Senior Managing Director at a major international advisory firm and the Australian head of that firm’s strategic communication practice.
In addition to investor relations, Shaun’s advisory work has often focused on complex and high-profile corporate events such as M&A, shareholder activism, capital raisings, board/shareholder disputes, IPOs and reputational crises and opportunities. Shaun has previously held the in-house head of investor relations role for three high profile ASX listed companies and is a Chartered Accountant by training.
His appointment marks a significant milestone in VECTOR’s growth and will help underpin our ambition to build a market-leading advisory firm grounded in experience, integrity and results.
Founding Partner, John Gardner, said the ability to secure Shaun as a Partner was a positive reflection of VECTOR’s impact in the Australian market since its launch in early 2024.
